Defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds and exchanges for other reasons are possible, but we do not pay the return shipping charges for them, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Orders delivered to destinations outside of the continental U.S. may not be returned unless items are defective or shipped in error.
