Ordering, Shipping and Return FAQ's
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on what you order. Orders are usually reviewed and processed
during the same business day that they are received and shipped out
within 36 hours. Some things take longer than others to ship, but most
of our products arrive within a week of the day your order was placed.
E-check orders received through PayPal will be processed
the same way except they will be posted when the E-check is cleared.
Orders by mail with a check enclosed are processed the
day they are received and posted the day the check is cleared.
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail
from our customer service department, letting you know approximately
how long your order will take to get to you.
I need my items by
tomorrow. Is this possible?
In most cases, no. The athletic equipment, the "as seen on TV"
items, freight items and products whose item numbers end in M or M
cannot be rush-delivered, nor can many of our other products. You can e-mail us to find out if
we can rush an order to you, but the chances are that we can't.
Do you accept purchase
orders?
We do accept purchase orders from schools, government facilities, commercial
gyms and others. Whether or not to honor a purchase order is at our
discretion. When we accept a purchase order, we process it and a separate
invoice is mailed when the order is shipped. Payment is due within 30

Shipping charges
On the order form, a standard shipping chart is provided
for easy calculation. The shipping costs on the order form
and those calculated in our online shopping cart are for
continental U.S. addresses only. We DO NOT ship overseas.
Although we usually leave it as is , it occasionally doesn't
cover the actual charges for heavier items. In this case,
we will contact you and let you know the balance that is
needed for shipping.
If you are ordering a heavy item by mail or purchase order,
please e-mail
us first, to find out what your shipping cost is.
How are items shipped?
Our smaller items are shipped either UPS or U.S. Priority Mail. For
larger items, we ship via UPS/FedEx Ground whenever possible, but larger
orders must be shipped freight. We will contact you if your order must
be shipped freight or if any special circumstances arise.
Where can items be
shipped to?
We do not ship overseas, but we can ship toAlaska and Hawaii
for an additional cost. If you place an order from Alaska
or Hawaii, we will contact you for any additional amount.
Can I pay by any other
means other than PayPal?
Yes. You can mail with a bank check or money order. This method takes
longer to process, but it is certainly an option if you so prefer.

Prices
Subject to change without notice. However, once your order
has been placed, the price you intended to pay will stand, as long
as there wasn't a typographical error on the page.
Occasionally, we must include additional charges for
shipping very heavy items. We will contact you if this is the case.
Returning Merchandise
Defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in
error may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds and exchanges for other reasons are possible,
but we do not pay the return shipping charges for them.
Orders delivered to destinations outside of the continental
U.S. may not be returned unless items are defective or
shipped in error. Please e-mail
us if you have any questions or concerns about this.
Why use PayPal?
PayPal is one of the largest credit card processing agencies in
the world. It processes payments through totally secure web servers.
It also allows for the quickest order processing following payment.
What is the procedure for a first time user
of PayPal?
The PayPal Shopping cart will take you to pages to ask you for relevant
details to process the order. It will also want to authenticate
that you are who you claim to be. Until this is done you cannot
process the transaction. They will send you an email to the email
address that you gave them together with a membership number which
must be processed before you can continue with the transaction.
This usually takes a matter of minutes.
I have problems using PayPal -- is there anything
I should check?
If you are having trouble or errors with PayPal It is likely that
you do not have cookies enabled on your computer.
PayPal Needs Cookies turned ON to make purchases:
Cookies are used by shopping carts to keep track of order data.
If you turn off cookies in your browser you cannot place an order.
Your web browser must be configured to accept "cookies"
to access most secure websites, including PayPal. This is necessary
for the Shopping Cart to function.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer
version 6.0 or higher:
If your Internet Explorer browser version

If problems persist you may need to clear your Cache and
or Cookies.
In addition: Errors 3001-3005-3009
are general errors that may have several different causes. These
errors are usually temporary and can be related to heavy internet
traffic and/or temporary website maintenance.
Please follow these steps for your specific web browser
and Operating System. Please note, if your specific
browser is not listed below we suggest that you use the "Help"
section of your browser or contact their customer service centre.
The first thing you will want to do is make sure that
you are accessing www.paypal.com directly rather than through a
Bookmark or Favorite. You can then follow the instructions below
to clear your web browser's cache and cookies (Temporary Internet
Files).
Clearing Cache and Cookies for Internet Explorer
or AOL on Microsoft Windows:

Click on the "Start"
button.

Select "Settings" and click on "Control Panel".

Double-click on the Internet (or Internet Options) and select
the "General" tab.

Click on the "Settings" button in the Temporary Internet
Files section and choose "View Files".

Click on "Edit" and select "Select All".

Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard. If prompted
to verify that you want to delete your cookies, click on "Yes".
Clearing
Cache and Cookies for Internet Explorer
on a Macintosh:

Click on "Explorer"
or "Edit" at the top of your screen.

Click on "Preferences".

Under Web Browser Preferences click on "Advanced".

Click on the "Empty Now" button on the right.

Under Receiving Files Preferences click on "Cookies".

Click on the "Delete" button to the right.

Click "OK".
Clearing Cache and Cookies for AOL on a Macintosh:

Click "My
AOL" at the top of your browser.

Select "Preferences".
-
Click the "WWW" icon on the left hand side.

On the right hand side, click "Empty Cache Now".

Click the "Advanced Settings" button on the right.
**This will bring up a new window for Advanced Settings.

To the left under "Receiving" click "Cookies".
-
Highlight all cookies and press "Delete" on your keyboard.
Clearing Cache and Cookies for Netscape on
Microsoft Windows or Macintosh:

Open Netscape
and select the "Edit" pull down menu.

Select "Preferences".
-
Click on "Advanced" on the left hand side of the screen
and then "Cache". You will see an option to clear
your disk and memory cache. It is best to clear both types of
cache.

You may also need to locate the folder on your hard drive named
"Cookies" or "Magic Cookies" and delete
the cookies that are stored there.

If this does not correct the problem, please wait a short time,
restart your web browser, and attempt to access www.paypal.com
